We start the process by having a Project Manager, or estimator come out to provide you with an estimate, he/she will follow the project with constant communication and updates on a daily basis until the end of the project.  We won't just hand the project over to a crew and hope they do a good job.  The Original Manager that provided you with the estimate or with the help from another Project Manager will be there until you are 110% happy and kindly asking him to just let you enjoy your beautiful new asphalt driveway, parking lot, or road.

Asphalt Maintenance?

Once the asphalt pavement has completed curing, This takes an average of 9 to 12 months in the Texas weather,  It is recommended that you seal coat your Parking lot, Driveway, Road or any asphalt surface.  It is preventative maintenance,  When an Asphalt surface is taken care of properly it will last looking young and without those ugly cracks for a very long time before it needs patching or re surfacing.
